Approximately 99% members have sent in their 2006 dues- Annual Fee of $ 22.00 is due by 31st January 2007. $5.00 Late charge for every month thereafter shall apply—pls fill the slip below and attatch it with your payment.

REMINDER: Upon Sale and Transfer of your Home- Pls notify the Association and it is your responsibility to provide a set of CCR’S, Rules and Regulations to the new owner.
Please maintain your lawns, trees, comply with exterior paint requirements, all garbage cans to be stored out of site ( in your garage or backyard ) except garbage day, observe parking limitations ( max two cars in front driveway only )- prior to any addition or remodling, contact your Association for approval, or else city permit may not be granted.

This is to advise you that the President and Board of Directors have increased the Association Dues to $22.00 for the year 2007, inspite of all costs on the rise and rapid depletion of reserves, however anticipate an increase for the year 2007 and we request you as members to attend our meetings and voice your input for the betterment of our Westboroughway Community. The Dues of $22.00 will be accepted through February 28th 2007, after that there will be a late charge of $5.00 imposed for every month through April 30th 2007. After April 30th there will be an additional late charge of $50.00 added and may result as a lein on your property.
